When she didn't respond, his voice turned sharp, almost venomous. "I said, answer me, Akshu!"

Startled by his tone, tears welled up in her eyes as she whispered, "Y-Yes..."

Satisfied, Veeranshu gave one final glance before commanding the women nearby, "Prepare my bride."
